Please help, Hostnesta, put one of my website down after purchase after a week and just days ago i bought another domain and web hosting for an events company www.giovanehouse.com and they refused to send me welcome email. Now their website aint opening any login or additional page except homepage..

Please what did i do to deserve all these??? i have been sending emails as regards my problems but no answer...so i had to search for you guys on facebook!! am scared if your hosting is legitimate.
I first of all bought this domain www.southinlandplc.com under account email websniffersconcepts@yahoo.com and now it is not working, and i cant login my control panel why?
Secondly, i bought another domain and hosting with emailjomodex2002@yahoo.com. Domain is www.giovanehouse.com but my credit card funds were refunded, soi decided to use liberty reserve,and repurchase!! this was days agoa nd it worked. after paying $23, i didnt receive any welcome email, and today i cant even login the panel. sent emails no reply..please answer me please.
i would be disappointed if this is a fraud from HOST NESTA, cant believe it.

What ever the case please open a support ticket or send a mail to sales[at]hostnesta.com and your issue will be looked into.
NB: If your account was suspended because of verification issues, then you will have to get it verified before re-activation.
