company that doen't have any respect to the customer
I'm more than 2 year customer.
First time i buy this hosting because they promise to give an ssh features.
But today they no longer provide the SSH feature. And they remove this feature without giving prior notice. I'm sure this is my right to asking a features they promises.

I want the cancel my account and want rest of my money back, with fair calculation, what I asked for is money from my account time remaining until the expiration of my account (more than 1 year). But they cancel my account and said they can not give the rest of my money if my account is older than 30 days.
And today they told me that they activate my account again and want to give an SSH feature, BUT, I lost all the thing there. ALL FILE GONE !!!
Highly recommended hosting company to host your site if you want to LOSSING money, time, and a lot of work you do and with bonus a lot of downtime and trouble.
