Host Europe support sleep well. Customers don’t

Next days are passing, and still Host Europe do not replay, besides, they still have our data, and they paid, but server is off.

How it’s possible that you pay fee, you write 10 e-mails per day, and nobody react?
Host Europe no reaction – Customer loosing money and time.

Besides, they are not cheap hosting company, comparing to quality and offer of competitors, but we was think, that if price is higher, than:

- support will be better
- quality will be better

What we got in fact is:

- no replay for our e-mails
- no server
- lost data
- lost money
- lost time

If you are non German customer do not count for full help in English – they just advertise in English as “World Class Hosting Company” – but in fact they are not.

All panels and help + alerts are in German, only information that you have to pay is in English…

So once again we ask owners of Host Europe – are you really want to make from people fools?
How long you are going to do not replay for messages?

This in unbelievable, how company like Host Europe can do things like that.

Dear Sir, Madam,

We expect urgent replay from your company concerning turned off server that has been done by Host Europe GmbH without any warning or message.

Who made decision like that and why our company was not noticed sooner about that situation?

Why server is still not turned on when payment is done?

What paragraph did you used to make one side decision to finish cooperation with us and why that was done without any procedure and information?

Why we did not got any chance to copy our data from server that belongs to our company and has value for us.

Why Host Europe do not replay for messages send to all available at website www.hosteurope.de e-mail addresses?

In case of no reaction from Host Europe GmbH we are going to start case in court – legally against Host Europe GmbH.
