The two girls running this hosting business are April Buscher and Elizabeth "Lizz" Wright.
After informing Host Design Center that I was going to switch to another site host, they blocked my access to my site files so I could not move my site. When I discovered it and demanded access, they contrived a bogus and illegitimate bill, stating that they were blocking my access for nonpayment. I had only been with them for a matter of DAYS. I never signed up with them willingly, nor did I consent to have my site transferred to them when my host, Tanya, retired and turned over all her clients' files to April and Lizz. I have never NOT paid for my hosting, and Tanya never told me I owed a dime, nor had she sent me any new bills, as she always did when it was time to renew. Lizz even stated in an email to me that she "does not know if I was paid up or not." Bottom line: I did not owe these two girls a penny. Their claim of an unpaid bill is 100% FALSE and was born of nothing more than spite because I told them that I was moving to a new host. I have been getting harassing emails from them ever since. I have told them both to stop emailing me, but they continue. I have had to block them both, and have begun deleting their emails without reading them. But still they write. They have informed me that they have deleted all my files from their server - a clear violation of intellectual property law and beyond unethical! They are apparently completely NUTS and I am glad I went with my gut and changed hosts before I did owe them any money.

If you are shopping for a host for your Web site, I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this "company." Any host who hijacks files, creates bogus bills to cover their actions, slings false and libelous accusations of "abuse" and "harassment" that never took place, and deletes years of your work just to be tacky is clearly not fit to run or own a business. My head is still reeling at how insane these chicks are and how blatantly unprofessional they have been.
If you already host with them, PLEASE save all your site files so this doesn't happen to you! Thankfully, I saved all my files before Tanya handed us over. Had I not, I'd be completely screwed right now.
