Worst service. Email always down or inoperable. There is no phone customer service. All you get are emails back and forth, and lots of misunderstanding. Even now that I canceled my account, I got no refund for the months left on my account that I paid for. They will not grant me access to the domain name to move to a better hosting service (Go Daddy), even though it is more than one year and the domain name is mine!
They have been rude and unhelpful every step of the way. I like Go Daddy (and Go Daddy is hosted and serviced in the U.S.).

carsium.com - client signed up in October 2009 and asked to cancel a year later. We have a 30 day money back guarantee, there are no refunds after that, 30 days should be a good amount of time for someone to know if they want to cancel especially if they are not getting the service they want.

We offer lower rates for those who want to be locked into longer term contracts and we offer monthly contracts at a higher rate for those who would rather go month to month.

In any of the plans you may purchase with us you should expect and will expect quality customer service.

Part of customer support is assisting clients to understand what tools are available to them and where they can go to get support for those tools. Some of the tools we offer include web building programs which are 3rd party programs supported by the outside communities that have and continue to develop them. We work with these communities to make sure that we have our systems and hardware in line with what they need to work properly and to make sure that we can direct any of our clients to where they can find the best support for that 3rd party program.

Unfortunately not everyone understands how things are best supported and that is the case here.

We registered the domain name carsium.com last October for this client in the 2 yr package and the domain name is theirs and they can contact our staff to get an authorization code to transfer the domain name to any other registrar they choose. If they have not done so already they should contact our staff to get the code to transfer the domain.

Lastly they indicate that they could "never" get someone by the phone. Our phone hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am EST to Midnight EST
Saturday and Sunday: 9am EST to 8pm EST

I guarantee that we have ample staff working at all hours to man the phones and that they are capable, friendly highly trained representatives and that they all speak English as their 1st language and come from North America.
