These guys are really amateur.
They have no telephone support
They have bad attitides
They have really poor DNS management
Most of all, they charge money for being a 'christian' web host, whereas they're just charlatons. I'm not expecting the world, but they're not exactly cheap, and yet their service is terrible. So much for helping a brother out.
Off to a PROPER webhost.

The above review is questionable in so many regards.
1) We've never had a customer with that name
2) It's such a shame that 1 person can destroy years of hard work and effort which families depend upon
3) We are not 'charlatans'.
4) We don't pretend to be everything to all people
5) We don't expect to satisfy everyone
6) We do try our best - ALWAYS
7) We are ALWAYS honest and sometimes that means saying 'NO' (is that a crime?)
8) We have been in business for almost 13 years
9) We have grown year on year on year (even in recession)
10) We lose very few customers and always gain more each year than we lose
We provide FREE hosting to a minimum of 1 in 10 'ministry' websites (and that's minimum). We charge the lowest possible prices we can and work extremely hard and are passionate about what we do.
It's sickening and sad to see someone seek to destroy in a public forum.

I managed to locate who this individual was and I can confirm:
1) He never was a customer (despite stating on your site that he was).
2) The issue was that he approached us trying to obtain details of a customer's account (apparently acting on their behalf)
3) We cannot divulge that information and never will
4) The account holder never verified the connection
This obviously led to the individual feeling so frustrated, they came to this site (and possibly others) to berate and blacken our good name publicly. There needs to be more accountability on sites like this. If you are going to give a forum to individuals to post their views, you need to ensure those views are not libellous, defamatory and are balanced.
The arguement can be 'free speech'. The sad thing is that it's usually only those with a grudge that shout loudest and act out of anger and malice - whereas it's rare (except on our own site) that individuals take time to give positive feedback.
