Reading the other reviews it looks like I am not alone, the biggest problem appears to be that they cannot fix simple technical issues now that their customer service centre is in India.
I found their website build system to be incredibly easy albeit a little inflexible, but with creativity you can work around this to get a nice looking site without any knowledge of web design tools.
I used their email forwarding system to create email addresses which are linked to our site and after 7 years spread around our members in the UK. The problem came when I needed to change the forwarding addresses to a new provider (for me) and it was impossible to edit, change, remove/replace any of these.
Their customer service is appalling and this seems totally linked to moving the service to India where they don't seem to have the expertise or resource to resolve this. This is compounded by personnel who don't speak (or mainly hear) English very well and seem only interested to get you off the phone. When they offer to escalate the problem, all you get is more of the same, but after a 15 minute wait listening to music.
Their email response to problems seem disconnected from the real issue and looks like they are being measured to claim 'close down' of issues by their US customer/bosses. I recieved 2 emails saying the problem was fixed when they had done nothing.
