this is worse, my friend has gone with them and he transfered his domain just after one month, well i also called them personally i tried to chat with them, i asked them for reseller account, and i asked that oh if i will get enom account with that and what about WHMCS account, can i get it, the replied that sorry madam i m just managing the sales department i dont know such, but my senior member will answer u haha funny, this is worse company, well i do believe that , now i m hosting my website with www.myhostingweb.com this is cool, no need to deposit the ticket bcoz till now i did not get any problem with them, they r professional, i asked them once that oh u r providing such cool service then what r u doing in india, go to abroad and manage there ur business, they said we want to make available the website to our clients without any cost, free, i wondered , i thought myhostingweb is mad, but after one month i got a mail from them that madam u r given 100% discount on ur current hosting package haha it was cool, now i dont need to pay them next year, this is what a company mean :)) i love it so much, anyway never go with ewenguru, i made their whois search record i think either they r from softlayer or having reseller account with ajtu or like that, these both server companies r not good, having their colocation server in india, and u all know about indian servers bcoz no electricity is available for 24 hours, so now u can think about ur site back up and uptime and down time haha anyway thanks
