Worst Support Ever!
This by far has been the worst host I've ever used. Poor customer phone support. When you call in with a tech problem they just tell you to go online and open a ticket because they aren't able to open one for you... (WTF?) I've worked for a company that hosted domains and part of our job was opening tickets for customers I don't understand how it is not your job as a support agent to open a ticket for your customers.
Everything that could go wrong did go wrong for me. All processes were long and drawn out which made it difficult and frustrating. Most of which the end user should have never seen or had to deal with.
I've hung up on them with tears of frustration because their support is so pigheaded and lazy.
My domain is mainly a webstore using Zencart and enom had filters in place where I wasn't able to run any scripts from my admin panel or let me make a back up of my database through myphp . They also didn't offer any tools for something similar in their woefully sad control panel. When I opened a ticket for enom to fix it they broke my entire site which has prompted me to switch hosts.
