Went to do a simple renewal of URL...instead of renewing my URL a credit was issued to the account...talked to customers service and found out that a credit had been issued but the renwal was not done...then 2 days latter...some tech...pointed my site to Ehost server which caused my site to go down...called customer service and got India and could not understand...so I was transfured to a US agent...but in the process my phone call was dropped everytime I was put on hold...it took 4 hours to finally talk to someone who could help with the issue...supervisor fixed the issue and site was back up...but the following morning a tech reset my site and put me out of business for another 72 hours...which cost me major money...Ehost dose not care about customer service...when put on hold I was kept on hold for an average of 15 minutes that is when I managed not to have my call droped...My experience they hire Indian customer service and when you talk to US agent...language barier improved but attitude and desire to resolve the issue did not improve...Customer BEWARE do not waste your time or money with this service
