Read ALL your emails.
Do NOT use your VISA card that is linked to your checking account!
They are located in Canada. Make sure you know this before doing business with them if you are in the United States. You will be charged an exchange rate.
They have an AUTO RENEWAL POLICY for their Web Hosting Service.
They have a DOWNGRADE FEE.
They have a CHARGEBACK FEE.
They will NICKLE and DIME you!
So, while you are happily going along with $0 web hosting and it comes time to renew your domain, it's also time to make sure your web hosting stays at $0. If you cancel your domain, they then trap you by charging you $23.54 or $22.54 or $22.10, whichever version they decide to charge you.
Guess what? It's all protected in their TOS!
So, if you have to have Doteasy because you don't believe all of us complaining ex-customers or stuck-customers, just make sure you READ EVERYTHING and do NOT and I repeat do NOT provide your VISA card if it is connected to your checking account!!!
There is NOTHING easy about Doteasy and I wish I had never signed up with them. I wish they would just leave me alone. I wish they didn't exist, so that no one else would have to go through what I have been through with them.
