I'm having the same problem right now as the previous persons complaint. Begining of February 2006 they switched servers and I had night mare problems with that. Then two weeks ago they had a problem with the diefenbaker server and all my database was gone for like a week meaning my site was down for that whole time. The only thing I got from them is "sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused". They use that line every time there is a problem. Now all my aw stats are gone and all my emails. All my client emails...my whole business runs on emails and they are telling me that the most recent back up they have is only of the emails I received yesterday. It seems like they did the backup after they realized they lost all the other emails before that.
Their response time sucks. Most of my tickets have been discardet so I can't even tell when all the other problems occured! My site has been down at least a couple times each month since I signed up with them. I'm planning to change providers.
