Terry Howard of clancoms is a joke. His services are up down up down up down so many times and always some lame ass excuse about the network upgrade, data center, blah blah blah. Now our stuff is down for a few days and his site is down so we cannot contact him about the problems. Wonder what his excuse is this time. we are not staying to find out. Do not do business with Terry Howard or any of his businesses.
New note:
Company is down again. Our ts is down so much. The company makes excuses every time. Their phone number/website do not work right now. Before they went down we got an email saying they were blaming someone for the problem. I'm tired of excuse after excuse. Terry has pre-billed us before our bill was due, lied to us many times, has poor service, uses many aliases to disguise himself. I've never known a company to treat their customers like crap and not care about our business. He also runs vpsforless and gamesandcomms and who knows what else. If you get services from ips in the 104.244.4.0-104.244.7.0 it is from clancoms stay far away.
