shady business practices
Since the company has accused me of writing bad reviews under an alias, i thought i would actually chime in and clear some things up.
Sean ( our clan commander) purchased a domain called "nukedclan.com" and a teamspeak server with a non profit license. The domain was supposed to be registered under his name as he purchased it ( makes sense right? you purchase a product it is then your property)
everything worked fine for a few months, occasionally there would be teamspeak server ping spikes or the website wouldn't work due some DNS issues.
one day our TS server shut down, when our commander inquired as to why the TS server shut down Clan Coms representative said it was due to the NPL license expiring. Non profit licenses expire due to the server not being used). We had 100+ members using it for gaming activities at the time it went down. Clan Coms gave us a temporary TS server to use while our main server was down. In this time we decided to switch over to another teamspeak server and use enjin to host our website.
Our commander asked for a refund of the services ( as he renewed it the day prior to the server going down). After the request for renewal Clan Coms changed their terms of service to include " and does not apply to renewals of service." and denied our refund.
Clan Coms then banned all of our members from the backup TS server and took control of the domain "nukedclan.com" which then removed our website and now they have their own webpage up ( which says it is not our commanders property( if its not then who's is it? We paid for it). We of course will file the proper paperwork with ICANN to deal with this problem.
Now Clan Coms is posting fake reviews to bump up their ratings in light of this recent scandal ( which we made aware to the general public to protect other customers looking for hosting services).
As i mentioned in the beginning this is a member of the NUKED clan my name is ELITE. You accused me of posting other bad reviews( which is false), this is the only review i posted on this website, i will be sure to spread the news on the shady business practices of Clan Coms to other websites/forums/chat groups in order to protect customers from shady business practices and loss of investment.
