They took a turn the wrong way

I've had multiple domains and websites with Bluehost for years. About two months ago, my hosting multiple websites with Bluehost began having major issues. The server the majority of my sites were on crashed, and they didn't know about it until I notified them. This took about 12 hours to restore, and upon completion, my main business website, www.InvestigativeTactics.net was not working. After 10 days of 2-hour-per-day phone calls, working hand-in-hand with Bluehost, I was able to get my site back to the status of two weeks before the crash. Keep in mind, this was done in conjunction with them; I had to fix their mistake on the public side of my site.

After all of this, the websites kept crashing at least once every two or three days. I complained again, and instead of fixing their server problems, Bluehost claimed I had a TOS violation, and then locked me out of my domain names, which were the whole property of my corporation. In the legal world, this is known as theft of Intellectual Property. I spend an hour with their TOS team, and only after they hesitantly realized their automated systems screwed up, did they reset my access. Additionally, their screwup totally messed up the DNS settings, which were only fixed after I removed the affected domain away from Bluehost. I took all my hosting away from Bluehost and will be moving the remaining domains shortly.
