Loads of features plus truly amazing support
You may well be tempted to host with Arvixe because of the cost or the amount of features and you would be right to be impressed with these. But what really astonishes me about Arvixe is the speed, helpfulness and professionalism of the support team.
I hadn't hosted a website for about 12 years so have enough of a struggle catching up on new versions of Dreamweaver and Photoshop. When I spoke to my last host all those years ago, it was all geek speak and I was made to feel I should know what the heck they were talking about. I don't mind admitting I'm stronger on design than programming, so technical issues need to be explained clearly and step by step. Arvixe excel in this - everything you need to know in plain English. useful links, replies within a short space of time and follow up message to make sure you're happy with everything. It's rare for me to spend the time to write a review like this, and to be honest I didn't think I'd have so much to say about a web host! But then it's not too often that something goes way beyond my expectations and Arvixe, you certainly have done that.
