Arvixe Support as Usain Bolt in solving my technical issue!
Like many of you, I was also looking on Internet for my best hosting "partner". I think that this process lasted more than one month. People usually say that you won't find ideal host, just the best host for you and your needs. However, I believe that I managed to find my perfect host in Arvixe!
A few weeks ago I didn't even know that Arvixe exist. I found this company by pure coincidence as I was reading thousands of reviews to see which company best suits my needs and people were specially mentioning Arvixe in very positive light related to their Support (among other things).
After reading so many negative reviews for the hosting companies in general I started wondering if there is hosting company that will behave to their customers as partners and not just look on them as cows just to milk money from them, without caring for their interests/problems.
I managed to shortlist a huge hosting list to 3 hosting companies who had the greatest number of positive customers/on-line portals reviews, with:
- affordable prices (some has higher prices, some lower)
- functionalities I needed the most: “unlimited” hosting space and bandwidth (as I read – unlimited as such doesn’t exist), creating of “unlimited” domains/subdomains/databases, Wordpress specialists and few others
- reliable and knowledgeable Support (I would say this was the key factor for my final decision!).
Arvixe was having far the best reviews of them all and very low prices. Due to this, I was pretty much suspicious at the beginning wondering if all those Arvixe reviews were real or fake. Therefore I made a small test before making final buying decision: I contacted via Live Chat all of 3 companies with numerous prepared pre-sales questions. The all 3 companies were good in giving me right and expected answers, but at the end I decided to give a try with the Arvixe for 3 reasons:
1.the lowest prices
2.the best Support reviews (and the best reviews in general)
3.and the most important: Arvixe representative whom I contacted via live Chat offered me a concrete support/guidance through the sales process (unlike other 2 hosting companies) and 60 days money-back policy. He assured me that if I wouldn’t be satisfied with his company due to any reason, I would get my money back, for sure. He also emphasized that he didn’t believe that this scenario would happen, but that this is strong company policy and I can be peaceful about my investment.
I trusted sales agent and thousands of on-line happy (and real) customers... and I was not wrong! I got all I desired and even more. Although I’m using Arvixe service for a short period, I had few (Wordpress) technical issues while migration one clients site with BackupBuddy to Arvixe test subdomain I created in their cPanel. I contacted Arvixe support via Live Chat around midnight (24/7 support) in several occasions and each time they solved problem by problem I reported, until around 3 AM they didn’t solve last issue I reported. They were very fast, especially Sam P. – their raising and knowledgeable Support star. This guy helped me so fast that I didn't know that my problem is already fixed while waiting for a resolution.
In some of the customers’ on-line reviews I read that they pointed out that one of the weakest Arvixe points is non-consistent Support answering speed: it can be very fast and very slow, depending on the calls “peaks”. I must admit that this observation is right as for some of those issues I also had to wait longer for Support to accept my Live chat call (in some cases more than 20 minutes), which I didn’t mind at all as good and quality support is much more important to me than fast support answering itself .
Arvixe team is (in this short period I use their services), proved to be one of the best Support (and overall) experiences I had so far and they made me one very happy customer.
I can only hope that Arvixe won’t change their high level services/support they have now (and under affordable prices), but to continue to increase their quality. Indeed, very refreshing experience that I would recommend anybody!
