Great high quality web hosting at an affordable price
Arvixe has no doubt been a great web hosting company from my experience. Previous hosting companies fail to meet some demand within the year, but Arvixe has been helpful and informative when it comes to customer relations. The prices are very affordable for all the features you get with a plain hosting plan, which includes unlimited data and bandwidth even!
The setup process was relatively easy, and I felt like I was been treated with up most respect when it comes to submitting tickets to support.
Uptime, was very good; some outages happen, but not to the point where it disrupts online presence. If it's down, it will likely be up within a few hours. However, I use CloudFlare, so even if the website goes offline, CloudFlare still keeps it online from their end.
I've only witnessed customer support being slightly bad in Arvixe. For example, I think some need to think outside the box a bit more, and understand some things; there were those times when I understood something and had to explain it to customer support, and even at that, it took multiple answers and questions to get the issue resolved.
However, this is by far the best web host I've been with.
