Service works as described. We used them for 4 years. The service was pretty vanilla but if all you need is incoming mail and outgoing mail, its probably going to work OK for you. Biggest problems were support. Technicians generally were not able to help us and always had to forward requests to senior techs that you could not speak with. The language barrier was a bit of a problem when asking for technical changes. The quantity of mailboxes could not be adjusted and it took some negotiating to get this number changed. Future changes required us to send old emails to them proving they were wiling to do it in the past. Had frequent problems with bad certificates or certificates signed for other domains and sometimes public folders for other customers domains would show up in outlook. Tech Support response: "Just ignore it" - unacceptable.

Although they offer comprehensive migration options to move to their service, they provide zero backend management capabilities, so migrating away from service was very painful and slow. They also wanted $1000 to give us OUR data. Would not recommend them in the future. Every need we had required several emails and a phone call negotiation session. Almost anything we needed they would do for us but would not allow us to do ourselves and it was always like pulling teeth to make changes. When cancelling, we filled out all the forms and submitted the cancellation and were emailed letting us know the cancellation request would be archived and to please request again later. The second request was honored. This is definitely a pattern with their business practices.
