RUN AWAY from this company NOW!
I used this service for four years (2009-2013), during which time their quality declined. I finally terminated service last summer (August 2013) when they continually failed to record my website traffic stats. That's when my problems with them really began. I notified them that I was discontinuing service. After acknowledging the termination, they then sent me a bizarre email stating that I had never been their customer, which I chalked up to incompetence, and ignored. Yesterday I received a bill from them for $59,350.50, from 1969 to the present time. Note that the internet did not even exist back then, and their company was founded in 1997, not to mention that I didn't even own a computer until 1989! I immediately contacted them, and they promised to take care of the error. Now I have received two more emails from them, one billing me for the current year (again, despite the fact that I do NOT have an account with them), and another threatening to cut off service for nonpayment. This has gone from mildly amusing and pitiful to downright harassment. I cannot recommend this company on any level and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
