The worst, avoid at all costs.
I had been happy with Addr.com for many years until one day I found my site to be down. I contacted them to inquire why, and was informed that they disabled my entire site because large amounts of spam had been sent through it. I assured them I had not been sending spam, I checked all my systems, the 2-3 users I had set up to use e-mail, and changed all the passwords just to be safe.
A week later, I again discovered that my site was off line, again contacted them and was again told that they had disabled my site because of spam. A little frustrated this time, I asked tech support for the e-mail username through which the spam was being sent, but they couldn't tell me... which clearly says that they had no idea where it was coming from or even if it was coming through my account at all. I again changed all my passwords and requested that they not disable my site again for this issue unless they specifically determine that the spam was emanating from an e-mail account under my account.
A week later, I once again find my site to be off line, again discover that Addr had disabled it due to supposed spam, I again demand to know which specific account was being used and they again couldn't tell me.
At this point, I simply couldn't continue to do business with the company and decided to move to another host. But my site remained disabled, and Addr refused to enable it, allowing me to retrieve all the latest files, unless I paid for another year of service. Irate, but with no alternative, I had to pay another ~$150 for them to enable my site so I could download everything.
Addr was great when I first started using them for hosting, and I was a satisfied customer for over 6 years. But something changed along the way, and by the time I left, they were somewhat over priced, their tech support was incompetent and that they would repeatedly disable a user's site for an issue they couldn't even verify was outrageous.
