Avoid!
Never had a worse experience with a hosting company.
Their servers cannot mitigate basic DDoS attacks and because of that they go down at least once a week. Since they are attacked so often and know their servers cannot handle it, they exclude DDoS from their 99% uptime guarantee.
Customer support is absolutely abysmal. I've been hung up on numerous times by kids (they sound 15, usually) who were clearly having a bad day before I called. Probably from dealing with 100s of people all complaining about their sites being down; it's that common.
If you buy managed VPS, they will expect you to manage your own server while still paying the premium for a managed VPS. This is laughable at best.
Their $120/mo VPS performance is really no different than say a $10/mo shared plan. In fact, I'm 99% sure I was seeing better performance on a $10/mo eHost shared plan.
Lastly, I don't know if this is related to A2 or not, but since I moved my site to their servers my bounce rate has been all over the place. It used to be very consistent, but now it spikes up and down more than I've ever seen in the past 4 years.
As I'm writing this, I'm looking for a new host; just like you should be looking for a different one as you're reading it.
