They just want to sell and make money. They forget that we are buying the service and we want our site online.
My site is down for more than 10 hours now. I talked with online support guy, he told me that he dont know why the site is down. And he told me to create a ticket. I create a ticket and nothing has been done yet. Now the site is off for more than 10 hours and there is no sign that they are working on the issue. I am really really upset because my site is very new (1 month) and i am already giving bad impression to my clientes because i choose to use this service.
Use this service only if u want to test something and learn on how to use plesk panel where u dont mind if ur site go offline for 10 hours or more. Some revieweres are saying that their site was offline for 15 days, but i hope mine will be less.
When they advertise they only showed that its cheap, but they forget to tell that it doesnt work...
Another stupid 2gbhosting worker has comented on one comment by saying that their email is not valid and was calling him coward. Wake up u stupid. I am using ur service for a month and still using, never gave any negative review.... And my site is offline for more than 10 hours. Why i wanna give u my details? for u to make my site offsite permanently? This site is the place to give fair review about ur site to new people. Its not the place for u get information about the costumer and close their site permanently. If you are really so brave, go and solve my problem instead of coming here to defend ur poor service.
I will leave here my username and password when i stop using ur service, so that other people can see the number of tickets that i created and what happened to each tcket and see what pain in a butt is to use this service.
