😠 When you sign il the support is very kind.. After a few days they start to be very arrogant on every question! Plains are not clear and from a 8,95 plan they told that I absolutely had to upgrade my plain and pay another 20!!! So don't host with them!!! Don't do it!!!
🗨 This client was told multiple times that the support he required was outside the scope of what we provide on unmanaged plans. He upgraded to a managed service for $20/month, and immediately after we resolved the issues he was having, wanted to downgrade to a non-managed service, which as per our Terms of Service, would be a $75 fee, a fee that we impose to prevent this type of "managed hopping."

Apperantly it's a good site but as soon as you have to do something you have to pay it! First of all I had to pass to a managed account to a managed account because help was equal to 0. So I had to pay extra 9$ (thats ok). After I upgraded it I wanted to downgrade my account... I had to pay 75$!!! And they didn't tell me about this! They mede me do the upgrade automatically so that i couldn't reed term and conditions!!!
So be very carefull!!!!!
