Honestly I have been hosting with them for over 3 years and I have only had great expieriences with them. The uptime had been 100% with me and the control panel is so user friendly and high tech that it does everything a corporate company needs it to do. They make things so easy no matter what even with there fast ticket support system. Only 6.95 per month for hosting a .com is amazing. I highly recommend X10 hosting they are amazing.
I am a non-technical consumer who has used x10 premium for 3+ years primarily host a travel blog. I have had 14 service tickets in that period all asking newbie questions and all getting a substantive response from tech support within an hour. Not the automatic generated "we got your response, we'll get back later."
Their prices are great, they have most all the programs/services I certainly need.
I started out using their free host (x10hosting) for about 6 months and then decided to upgrade to a x10premium account. The transfer was painless and smooth. Their customer support is excellent. They respond promptly and professionally. There have been a few gimmicks here and there with server side applications, but nothing that made the website inaccessible. And of course the issues were take care of by support quickly. The unlimited package is more than I need and the servers are fast and responsive.

I've hosted with x10 for the free package, and nobody beats their free plan. As a long-term user, I decided to upgrade to the Premium plan, and haven't regretted it since.
I am wondering is anyone working in x10hosting's support or have they all gone on a nice holiday? trying to get a response from them is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

The staff are soo nice!! I ask a lot of questions and they always answer under twenty minutes or less, it was a breeze to setup my account, and got my website running under hours. I haven't had one single drop of downtime or networking issues from them so far and its just wonderful, at least try it out for a month before you go to choose another host!
X10premium is the best. I came from netfirms and am very very happy. Customer service is on it. Technically competent and customer friendly.
