😠 Very much like the reviewers below me, i have had the same issue over the past 6 months. The service has been erratic and customer service has not been good at all. Site had been going down a lot more including their own and now for the past 2 weeks its been down for good. To me this points to them going out of Business. Greg offered me a deal to go ahead and pay for my entire service year upfront and that he would offer me an extra year free. I feel these were signs that the business was not in good shape and the fact that there has been no response to my emails or my sites being up for the last 2 weeks proves it. My business has been affected greatly as a result and i will certainly not be returning back to them even if they come back. I enjoyed the service over the past few years but this year certainly wasn't what i had expected. I wish them luck but as far as i am concerned i am done with them!

😠 We used Wizzerdworks for many years without problems but over the last six months there have been continuing problems. The site would go off-line without explanation, emails to customer support would take days to answer or simply be ignored. One of the most frustrating issues has been that logging in to our client account rarely seems to work. This means that I am unable to determine what the problem may be, or fix small issues myself. Right now my site has been down for at least three days and customer support have not bothered to reply to my emails. I'm transferring elsewhere.

😠 The level of service we have (or shall i say HAVE NOT) received from this company the last 6 months have been TERRIBLE. We have had Wizzerdwerks as our hosting company for years without problem unit now. They do not return calls, emails, etc. Our servers have been down 2 days at mbellishjewelry.com, and if you go to wizzerdwerks.com, their servers are also down. I have never seen such POOR customer service. As soon as these servers are up and running, we will be changing web hosts. They just lost a loyal customer of over 5 years.

😃 The site itself may not appear to be as professional as other, larger hosting companies, but the professionalism of their customer support more than makes up for it.
I had to cancel an account due to a miscommunication from our end, and Greg at WizzerdWorks was very courteous and helpful with my request. Highly recommended!

😁 I highly recommend Wizzerdwerks as a web hosting company. The hosting, support, and communication have all been top-notch. Any time I have had questions or needed support, I have rapidly received professional and proficient assistance. Even as my account has become more complex, with several hosting plans and several hosted domains, the billing and support has been straightforward and simple. The pricing is excellent as well, and while I have not done much comparison shopping lately (I am very happy with my hosting, so no need to), I believe their rates are some of the best in the industry.
