My domain was inadvertently expired for one day, but they offer "No Problems" late registration. It's now been 2 weeks since I renewed, and it's still broken. I have paid, but can't unlock my domain, can't get any responses from them. It's like they walked out of their buildings and their computers are still running, but nobody's there. I just can't tolerate a zero-level customer service. They effectively own my domain, have taken it down, and there is nothing I can do about it until someone there decides to wake up and do about 15 seconds' work. I'm out of there ASAP.
The customer is right that support requests went unanswered for a number of days. A technical glitch had marked the request as closed so it went unnoticed. A sincere apology was issued and a free year of domain registry was offered. The client could have gotten a free year added to the domain registry on the same day, and then transferred the domain. WebKor acted in good faith.

The most important part for readers to remember, is that the customer did not use the most common secondary means of communication: The Telephone. We have a toll-free line so no cost would have been incurred. We had a technical glitch, which everyone has faced at one time or another. Let the readers decide if WebKor should get a bad rating now that all the information is out. We admit our mistakes and try to compensate for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

Our doors are always open to this customer and the 1 free year added to the domain registry stands.
