I host with 3 different companies and use them for several clients. I am experienced with both VPS and shared hosting.
Web Intellects was OK up until Dec 2011, not great but OK, then something happened. The servers became unstable and the support non-responsive and slow. Downtime lasted days.
Currently I am on day 13 of having no service on their server and despite numerous requests they have not provided me with my site files from backup so I can restore web sites on another server. There simply is no response other than "we are working on it".
I have lost 2 clients over this issue and had to recreate several other client sites just to compensate for this downtime.
Feel free to use WI if your business can afford to be without email and web sites for 2 weeks.
I hosted with Webintellects for many years. Had a dedicated server hosting 80 URLS. Until recently was a GREAT company to do business with. Has the best technical support that I have encountered.
They sold the company and the service level declined to the point that I couldn't do business with them. It took days to get an answer to a support ticket and they were never able to repair my server to the point that it was reliable. The server was down up to 40% of the time and that was not accpetable.
I would NEVER recommend them at this point.
I've been with Web Intellects for over 7 years now... I have several dedicated linux servers with them where I run a large number of websites and web delivered services.
These guys used to be amazing. Never would a ticket be open longer than five minutes. Never an outage would be undetected for longer than a few moments. Then they moved. I'm not sure if the company was bought out or what happened - but now servers are left offline indefinitely until tickets are posted and even then it can take a very, very, very long time to get resolved.
8th of November we had a 2 hour outage on a dedicated box before anyone there was able to restart the box.
21st November we had an entire dedicated server offline for 6 hours while they waited for someone to press the reset button. I logged multiple tickets, made requests in chat, and even called them. They were fully aware of the issue, they just didn't seem to care about fixing them... they excuse was that they were quite busy [read more...]

Here in Poland we do not have a lot of web hosting services to chose from. One day I decided a try American based web host and haven't regretted yet about that. Speed of my sites is awesome as if server is located next door. No downtime was faced. Support respond at least within 5 minutes. roblem resolution takes 10-15 mins. Webintellects is the best US host in Poland!

Well, support looks like they work around clock too. The two times I needed support, I got someone on chat right away. My first impression is now confirmed with high level of support they provide! I have no problem recommending these guys.

i left them after they had 3 meltdowns in a period of two months in which i lost orders on my website.then when calling to cancel they wanted me to pay a cancellation fee !!!as if they kept their side of the bargain ( which was 99.9 up time )

I have a felling I won’t need moving because I’m pretty happy about what I have and I’m afraid somewhere else I will be able to get at least the same service not better. Se no reason to move.

I like them. That is my first great experience with paid web host so far. I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend that for everyone but if you try them you will not regret

With webintellects.com.com I have seen no difference. Just there is difference. All what they offer to you will get in full. I was attracted by their discounts, but next month when I needed to pay for their services for the next month I did pay in full with no regret. I see a lot of opportunities and planning to use this host for my business web sites. Not just for the own and personal ones.
