😠 I had several VMs on their services, it has been pretty reliable and cheap but after years my VMs just stopped and their customer service also stopped responding.

They just disappeared.

😠 Customer service is terribly bad, they completely lost all data data on a the full cluster I was using and stopped responding, the server has bee offline for more than a month now and they are not responding.
