😁 I have tried different Nigerian and internationals hosts for myself and my clients. I still use several others. I have to say, the overall experience is great. cPanel is intuitive and responsive, uptime and speed is world class and everything comes with a very competitive price.

Negative reviews when things done go as expected especially when server technical problem comes up and no everybody can be patient to take this.
However, my experience with VBHOSTNET over the 6 years i have been with have been very commendable and i recommend them a lot to my colleagues.

😠 SCAM... PLEASE RUN AWAY
I paid for a master reseller that is sopposed to allow me have 5 reseller plans. there is no menu to manage or add resellers. I called and I was lucky they picked. After that day till now, they have refused to pick my calls and I call daily from morning till night. I have Support tickets opened since 3rd Jan till now no one has replied or answered me. The package came with a free domain, the domain is showing pending till now - it has not been registered. I asked for help migrating files from my old server, no repy, I called and called and still calling, no answer no reply. Please save yourself, VBHOSTNET is a SCAM and deserves criminal investigation by the law firm. If you see a positive review, i assure you they are scam reviews as well

2 years is a long time to be with a company that is bad. If things where really bad, how come you stayed that long? My point is, web servers can sometimes develop issue due to several reasons and when this happen patience is what we need from clients to fix things to perfect working condition.
"I am sorry issue had to come up at all".But as far as i know we had migrated that server that had issue using a better more stable and secured server and employed capable hands to handle server administration THUS our clients are very much pleased with our service.
