Now the final straw is that my ALL of my mail has disappeared. EVERYTHING. Nothing in the sent folder, nothing in my INBOX and I DO NOT download my emails through POP onto my PC, ...or phone.
They charge the credit cards without authorization and there's no way to stop this (unless your credit card expiration date is near...).
Please don't trust with this company, it's a large robbery.
I opened also today a file at the Fbi Internet Fraud Complaint website and hope it will do something to stop them.
Since selling out in 2008 to hostopia they are discraceful.
They lost my domains! It took me 1 month of emails and phone calls , and blatant lies that I was being looked after by their 'tier 3 support'... They even tried to inform me, that they were not a registrar! crazy! You only had to do a WHOIS on my lost domains to see they were my registrar. The biggest problem lied (and still lies) in the fact they used their own email email@example.com as the registrar contact for the lost domains, so I have spend many months trying to get them to accept the fact they are my registrar (but they tell me now that enom is my registrar! when ive never had an account with them) so obviously they were a enom reseller... but nobody told hostopia this during the so called 'platform upgrade'.
