😁 Amazing webhost.
Quick response to issues with their ticket system, skype or telegram.
It was abreeze transferring to them almost 10 years ago.
In 10 years I received amazing uptime and tips and tricks to help me having a quicker server or beter protection.
They also helped me with various other things like mysql etc.
I would totally advice getting hosted with them.

😁 i had a dedicated server with them and i was facing serious ddos attack layer 7 if someone knows, i did everything to stop it and i was going to cancel the service since i could not stop this attack so my last chance was to contacted them and ask them, in about 15 minutes they stopped the attack and till then its great! its a great service and i recommend them, i never had downtime and uptime and speeding is great also for my privacy i am not worried

Call center is on perpetual hold. Email responses take hours and backups download require a miracle

Seriously this is the best hosting provider i ever had, i was always scammed by other providers but those guys seriously do a great job and support the freedom of speech! My WordPress theme messed up from my old provider after they had a downtime, now i am in undergroundprivate.com where those guys uptime and support as well as the speed can't be compared to my old provider which is a big one on the market (i won't tell the name for obvious reasons since already they threatened me once, they are called from h..... and really big) and guess what the price at undergroundprivate is much more cheaper.

😠 From day 1 they did not provide product that they claimed they would provide. They would delete my tickets and tell me that it was on my end and not on theirs. I was supposed to get 40gb but was capped at 15gb! I would bring this up and they would delete the ticket and claim that there ticket system automatically deleted it even when the problem was not resolved. I tried to work with these people for 15 days to resolve the issue. But the problem is that they are a reseller that just over resells and does not give their customers what they pay for. They do not like it when you call them out on what they are doing and then they get mad and banned me before my services were even over. I had to contact paypal and file a claim against them to get my money back and they lost the claim and after they lost the claim they had their so called "lawyer" contact me and tell me they were going to contact their local prosecutor and file a claim against me for cyber bullying. 😠 Absolute worst host I have ever used. Any time something went wrong they blamed us. I decided to record a video and point out how flawed their logic was and nothing worked, our cpanel, or phpmyadmin. They decided it was best to completely wipe our account and ban our hosting.

For the story you have opened a ticket yesterday saying that your website is not working (it was a software problem) , the staff told you that there is no problem from the server side , you answered "We have checked from multiple locations as well nothing from our end" , after some time the staff has started to investigate your issue and successfully fixed your problem even it if it is not our job to do it , by the mean time you wrote multiple abuse words / threats / blackmailing how you will reviews us if we "blame" you for something. Avoid Undergroundprivate, in the beginning they were ok, but now, my website is literally down 20% of time, tech support is terrible, you have to wait for days to answer, they don't know how to work with Apache, they blame clients for every problem they cause, you literally have to beg them to help you. I was tolerating them for a long time, but today, after my website was down due to the hacker attack, and after I've been accused for "malware plugins", I had to cancel my hosting. If you want to work with them, learn to accept insults, bullying, false accusations and overall bad service. Service is totally unreliable, unsafe, tech guy literally don't know what is php.ini, don't know difference between Joomla and Apache, I can't log in to Cpanel, can't start phpmyadmin, nothing works, and it's always your fault, you have to send them screenshot for everything, overall a very very bad service.
