😁 Best Web Hosting Provider I have ever worked with
I have been nothing but happy with the service provided by UKHost4u. They have always been very friendly and have actually taken the time to fix issues with my web site code which would have normally have cost money and a developers time.
Unlike other providers I have used the telephone calls are answered and most emails that I have sent in have had a reply within 1hr which is much better than the 48hrs that my last provider took to even advise me that it had been assigned to support.
I understand some people here don't seem to have been happy with them, but I think they will find a lot of much worse providers and when you go with someone with NO telephone support, 48hrs email reply times and 80% MAX up time you will be more than happy to use UKHost4u.

😠 Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, if anything goes wrong with the website it is a nightmare to sort out. I have been with them since 2004. Why am I still with them? Well it's the hassle of the downtime involved with moving our website to another host, but after yesterdays events we are going to definatley move. They have a habbit of messing with your website and not informing you, a certain arrogance. Our site got "phished" baisicly someone hacked into UKhost4U servers and set up a dummy URL under our domain and copied a banks enquiry form. Now instead of UKhost4U contacting us and letting us know, they took it upon themselves and removed pages from our site one being our quotation form! Now all our advertising and marketing directs people to our quotation form and this is how we generate business. So for the last 2 days we have had no enquiries hence no business. They were completely unhelpfull in fixing this problem, luckily our website design company [read more...]

😠 They offer a tempting hosting package, but fail miserably at customer service. They also make it as difficult as possible to cancel hosting accounts. With a need to confirm, and re-confirm time and time again, first after completing an online survey followed by an email later that day asking you to re-confirm you do want to leave them. They will charge your account if you fail to do everything they ask to cancel.
