Only been with UKFast a few weeks but so far they have been very helpful and professional, i cannot fault them on the transfer on my hosting. As for price what I was quote is in line with other Companies so not expensive for what you are getting. I like the dashboard it keeps you informed all the time and a company that offers 24/7 help, well thats a must.

More recently one of our clients performed an audit on us and the hosting solution we provided for them via UKFast. UKFast were exceptionally quick and professionalism in coming with responses working late in to the night to meet the aggressive deadline set by our customer.
They are more expensive than some - but you get what you pay for!

HOsted on their cloudplatform to obtain reliability and speed of loading to end user. Site went down Thursday am, no communication at all until 16:59 on Friday to state lost data and wouldnt get it back, what would you like to do.
Didnt seem to care, simply stated backing up not in SLA.
Site was down for 4 days costing tens of 1000s in lost business. Then as I had renewed the day before, attempted to enforce the renewal so that I couldnt leave them or would still have to pay them for another year. Shocking company, seems to care nothing about their customers.
- All support technicians are level 3, no need to waste time making a ticket for someone who doesn;t have a clue, instead you get immediate communication with the right person.
- They are flexible in whatever way you can imagine: Do you need knowledge, temporary solutions to support your migration, name it, they support it.
- Their network is... incredibly fast! never seen before
- Again, the support is the biggest reason I am a customer. It is increcible. You should exprience it yourself. Thumbs up for all you guys!
- Anyone who says otherwise: You probably screwed it up yourselves :)

Customer service is appauling, not helpful and blatently lied and misled us and failed to get back to email communications.
Based on our experience we would recommend you avoid this company.
I personally contacted Danielle's husband, the managing director to discuss their concerns.
They had been really happy with the service, but when they chose to move away, they'd not been happy about our 3 months notice period.
They stayed as customers and are now part of our partner program.
We took their comments on board and are now reviewing our notice Period.

I have been a customer of UKFast since September 2002. Before choosing to use their services, I spent many hours on web hosting review sites trying to find the right provider for my venture, and since it was my first attempt at setting up a business I wanted to be sure I made the best choice.
Since then, I have not looked back and have recommended UKFast to clients and others who were seeking hosting advice. I appreciate clean and well-designed interfaces and UKFast’s control panel and webmail interfaces are a fine example of this - they are clean and easy to use.
I have found their customer service/support system to be as good as everyone says it is, and their replies are always helpful, polite and well-informed. During my time with UKFast I have made numerous support queries for various different matters and the technical team have always responded rapidly.

Not only do they provide the dedicated servers and network infrastructure we need to give our clients the quality of hosting they demand, but their support is unsurpassed in the field. Furthermore, UKFast have provided ongoing support for me and my business, without this support I would simply not have a business.
UKFast is one of the few companies who advertise their strong focus and commitment to customer service and actually adhere to it. Theirs is a personal service, they know me by name and I always get a cheerful response. I am 100 per cent confident in my web presence, and as a result, so are my customers.
When setting up my site I looked for a dedicated UK based ISP that could add value to my team online. UKFast definately represent premium performance, ultimate reliability and an industry benchmark for achievement so hosting with them was the obvious choice.

I have a dedicated server option with UKFast and they made the entire process easy and intuitive. The costing is in par with other hosting packages but with a superior customer relationship and their interface is something all other ISP's should look at. UKFast has been ranked the UK's no1 provider, after using others in the past I can state they are! The tech support with UKFast is so professional and friendly it is as easy as contacting an old friend for some advice.
I will and do recommend UKFast to anyone, any business or organisation that require managed or dedicated hosting. The RR of providers!!!!!!
