😠 I rate Tenamax on a scale of 1-10 as 1...terrible!
I work internationally. My website has been hosted by Tenamax for 1-2 years. My staff received an account for hosting recently for $245.00 ...one year's hosting. I was in India and could not be reached and on the very next day after the account was received Tenamax began to take down my website. My PA sent numerous tickets to Tenamax to discuss this and did not get a response. I paid the account as soon as I could be contacted, however I am still experiencing problems with Pay Pal payments and downloads. There is no form of direct contact I can find to discuss my issues with this company.

😠 I've only been with Tenamax for 2 months and have already had 4 downtimes with email. And the email was completely lost. They claim to have great support and treat customers well but I've emailed 3 support tickets and they have not responded to one of them. The only way I've been able to get a hold of someone is thru their live chat which they barely respond too. My email is currently down and they won't respond to me to fix it. They will not refund because it's past the 30 days even though they are losing my email and won't help their own customers. Not good at all.
