We have co-located one of our servers with synergyworks.co.uk since 2007 and have not had any issue with them just over a year ago when a raid disk needed replacement. We opened a ticket, no response, we called, no response. It was not an important server so we ran on a degraded raid for just over a year and then decided to close our account.
Since then we have called at least once a week, each time being forwarded to their answer service who say they cannot do anything other than pass my details on. None of these calls have been returned. We have also opened tickets and sent email, and even sent a registered letter. No response. The recovery of our server is now being passed onto our solicitor who hopefully can get a response.
