😁 Have been with Synergy for many years and they have always been reliable . I have used a dozen different hosting companies and clients invariably have a different hosting company when they first come to me. I do not move sites or domains without a valid reason. In time, however, I move almost all domains move to Synergy Wholesale.
When I first started using them years ago their support was spot on but a little slow which is to be expected at such affordable prices. In recent years, however, I have noticed the support responses have become fast and go above an beyond (ie, fixing my mistakes and oversights). I have just spent many hours today working out a complex mail problem (due to stupidity of another company formerly handling my clients email) and Synergy Wholesale support have responded quickly as on all occasions and have been very supportive and helpful.

😠 I agree with what ron said. I helped one of my mates set-up with Ventra IP and she said that she received spam email that had nude photos and porn links. She is very lucky that her kids didn't see it.
If that spam filter doesn't block porn than I must say your service is terrible!!

😠 I reported one of their users for sending unwanted porn via email, but the CEO, Angelo Giuffrida, claimed there is nothing he can do. The user's website also contains naked children's genitals, so apparently that is also acceptable with Synergy Wholesale. It's the choice for spam and child porn.
