Excellent customer service and support.
Very easy to transfer my web site over to them, they tyook care of everything for me.
When ever I call, there is always a friendly and easy to understand person to help me through issues such as email setup, changes to mey web site, etc.
I like the fact that they have a toll free number and their servers are always up and never down.
