Server up time issues... especially with email. They don't cancel your account but will hijack your domains then demand payment and claim they never got any cancellation notices when you have already have content hosted and delivered from another provider.
Can only contact by email and tickets have taken more than a month to resolve, including billing issues... IDK what happened within the past 2 years but the changes were not for the better.
