Don't know any compliance and legal, just behave stupid in support
One of the most unreliable hosting ever. 99.9% uptime?? My foot. I have installed a Ghost blog using their software installer provided in the control panel. One month later, my website started throwing 503 error. When I talked to the customer care, they said, GHOST is not supported in the shared hosting. I was shocked!! I have a working blog running for a month and suddenly they said GHOST is not supported ever.
The most funniest thing is, when I asked , how it was working all these time, the support guy said "I DONT KNOW". Excellent!!
My humble advice. Please dont go for it

I have 9 domains with squarebrothers and their support sucks, call disconnects, they make you runaround in loops and their unlimited plan is not unlimited.. Support is frustrating! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

They will suspend your website without an reason ! after that they will blackmail to upgrade (saying lie that ur resource is high ).

iam really un happy of your service support for creating mail id for my domain. i done request from domain registered from your site, but till date you are creating some ticket open and again automatically closing as per your wish. if we are knowledged in computers like you then why we come to you to hoist our domain and for web site. your phones always not picking up and also no one is calling us through phone. really unsatisfied of this service.

but i have paid 70$ for squarebrothers and they provide control panel called NSGI for deploying tom cat apps files .
but this control panel is very very slow and takes much time
and after 2 days the won't give me full refound
I am hosting all our group of companies websites with square brothers since year 2007 and very much happy with their support.
In India, only 2 or 3 companies offer real 24x7 support via phone or live chat and square brothers is one of them. I too have faced some technical issues such as email problem or ip block problem but it got resolved over live chat support itself.
I also recommended couple of friends to use square brothers and will strongly recommend Square Brothers in future too.

The hosting at SB is really pathetic..
They have been giving troubles after I purchased a three year plan.
I give them complaints and they tell the problem is in my coding. when the same site runs 3x faster on a free server.
They have no person with knowledge of ROR.
Plus they don't even know how to configure php on their servers.
The uptime is least, less than 50%.
php speed is like 30 seconds for 15 lines of code.!!!
My site falls down every week.
I give complaints and complaints but no reaction..

I am wondering why you have posting bad on open forums, but still you are enjoying our service. I have just gone through your account(s) and found that around 15 domains you have hosted on various plans such as Pluto, Jupiter, etc.,
As I said earlier we are strict on websites with Malware, Phishing, Copyright Infringement and Resource Abusing contents.
If a user tries with wrong password for more than 5 times our firewall will block his IP for couple of hours and this doesn't mean the site was down.
I strongly insist you to use free site up-time monitoring tools such as siteuptime.com to monitor and finally you will come to know that we are honoring our promises.
Just think how many companies in India are offering real 24x7 tech support. Even in [...]

I observed one more such downtime last week.
I think squarebrothers uptime is around 80% and definitely not above 90%.
Those who post real review will at-least disclose his email id. The email id you have posted was not real one.
I am wondering what made you to post bad about us here.
Everyday our customer base waos keep on increasing and moreover 70% of our orders were based on word of mouth. If you have mentioned your original email id, at least i might have contacted you and check for real reason.
Your review seems that some hidden agenda was behind your post.

out of 6 reviews only 3 has disclosed their name and email id, i have searched in our database and found only the below customer was hosted with us and still with us :)

Magzion aka Grafotech still have active reseller account with us and they have renewed it on 16th December 2009.
If we are really sucking (as he posted) then why this customer is still with us.
We are very strict on Spammers, Resouce Abusers, Phishers and Malware sites. While suspending or terminating such accounts generally the abusers will get tensed and post like this.
We are based in India and we are proud to say that we are one of the real 24x7 support provider. Even in the midnights our support will pick the call and answer you.

beware of this blood sucker. If you are serious in business. please dont do the mistake I did.
I think they can suck my d... instead of sucking the servers...
Out of 10 time when you try to work on its control panel, it will work only 2 times and in those 2 cases too after every click be patience to wait for 5-10 MINUTES
Their servers go down at least twice in a week.
Seriously i don't understand how they are in the business. They are cheap, but not worth it, half the time their servers are down. And their customer support agent respond to you after 4 to 5 hrs, saying that, it is "working now".
I feel they have hired a bunch of morons to run their data centers.
They Suck, dont every get Square brothers as your hosting providers. they really suck. trust me.
