😠 Snoork is now a scam
Hi, Around may 31,2017 snoork lost everyone's back up data so many buisnesses are screwed and they stop shared hosting. It's not their first time stopping shared hosting. This is an unstable company. They claim it was out of their control and promised to refund everyone. Snoork try to make me pay more to get VPS host which I refused to get. VPS customers said that they have problems too but Snoork tried to get me buy an expensize hosting!. I payed for 12 months in advance for shared hosting and i only got few months of service. They kept on telling me in messages that my money is coming soon but it never arrived. I was always polite to them even though months went by with no refund and they started to ignore my messages not long after. I wrote to Snoork on a public forum asking about my refund and asking people if they get their refund as yet and shortly after they locked me out of my Snoork account!. Snoork has caused me to be more depress and have suicide thoughts. They don't care [read more...]

I have signed up for a VPS at Snoork Hosting after noticing their promotion at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1062004 (75% off 3 months)
At first I was like this is cheap, since it comes with cPanel, but I decided to give it a try and see how it works out. I have to say its worth every cent of it. They took care of setting up and optimizing the entire server for me, and the server is blazingly fast. I had my server online in 3 hours :D
Support is fantastic!!! I have opened a support ticket and got a response exactly within 4 minutes. Amazing!
After 3 months the price will be much higher than I pay right now, since I used the 75% off promotion. If the quality will be the same as it is right now, I will be more willing to pay the high price since the service is very good.

😁 I would like to share my experience with Snoork Hosting. I have my websites hosted at Snoork Hosting for over a year now and I did not encounter any problems. Customer service is always available and very friendly. Uptime is a true 100% as they guarantee. They may not be a budget hosting, but its worth the money, because its quality.

😠 I have been a customer at Snoork Hosting for about a week now. I can honestly say that this is the worst hosting experience I have ever experienced. I ordered a VPS and received it after about 24 hours. The first e-mail contained information that was completly wrong. It then took another few hours to get the real information.
The uptime is alright, but the server seems to restart often, even with nothing running. I can definitely not recommend Snoork Hosting.

Response times at Snoork Hosting are limited to minutes and our industry leading response times are just under 15 minutes on average. If you submit a support ticket, you are guaranteed to receive a response from a technician within minutes.
