This company does not value customer service nor listen to their customers voices. I've complained many times since they were purchased even through snail mail to no avail. They don't actually READ your support tickets more like scan them for a general idea and send you a general response. They value closing tickets quickly than actually resolving any problems that may actually be listed there. Shell accounts are the most limited I've ever seen not even allowing chmod or tar.

If you value customer service stay away from this place.

the customer service at simplehost is at best very poor the issue i am currently going through s that i did not want a site to renew and the site was not on auto renew according to the admin control page and they went ahead an did an auto renew after i had requested via email not to renew after i got notice of billing they simplhost did not cancel and continued to bill and renew then after i had my bank charge they argue and still try to bill and suspend the site before my bank made a final yea or nea on the chargeback. this is still closing i cant believe a company would be so desperate to force customers to stay in this manner.

used this service since they were known as "wyatt networks". very frustrating to deal with, support can be non-existent at times. one time, when there was some unexplained issue with the server hosting one of my domains - they blew the whole domain away and restored it from an ancient backup. system/server uptimes were probably OK, but when there is an issue or'll see what they are made of. it may be *days* before you hear from anyone. i had four domains with them at one point - have been moving domains to new providers at my own pace. important e-mails went undelivered during one of their outages...and they do not seem to work weekends (try and get support from them after Friday afternoon!).
