😠 This company is horrible! The support sucks! I submitted a ticket and it takes them forever to reply back if they do at all and they dont get around to the problem quickly.

Even when there emergency phone number is used you cant get a hold of them!

Very bad company! If you have important stuff that you need to host then stay far far away from these guys!

😠 ServerTag is simply awful, a one man show run by Dan Lew who has very little experience with servers. Be very cautious as it is impossible to run a 24/7 support (as they advertise) company with only one individual responding to calls, emails and support tickets.

Dont say I didnt warn you :)
