serveraxis provides the best non-managed VPS service I've ever experienced. I refer to uptime and performance. The bandwidth allotment is extremely generous. It also has the best prices by far I have ever found.
Only one caveat: since the service is non-managed, you have to be able to handle sys admin work: installation, configuration, and update of the OS as well as all programs. For those who can do that, I give serveraxis my highest recommendation.
I suppose the worst part is their customer service through ticketing. No connection to a sales person or human. Takes a day usually to get a reply to a ticket and no skin in the game in terms of relationship. You are a ticket. Saying no to a ticket is not a problem. So when we had issues downsizing one of two servers and problem didn't get solved until 4th day of the new month. They had no problem billing us for a whole month and flatly refused to credit us anything. I do not recommend these chaps
I tried to apply to one of their offers for VPS but the payment system always show a blank page after confirming the payment... and no answer from the email@example.com for the last 24 hours (working day)... so I wonder how is the support if even the sales cannot reply quickly to a major problem during working days... For the moment I don't even know if I will be charged or not...

I think it's only fair to report that the account on their end finally showed the credit back to them, and they re-instated my server. As of the time of the original writing, however, I had NO way of knowing that this would happen, and made the assumption I would never see my data again.
I stand by the fact that this did not go well for me from a customer service standpoint, did cost me a crapload of revenue, and SA should have (in my opinion,) taken a new card the day I offerred it and reinstated it. This would have saved me weeks of pain and money.
This might be a systems issue within their company, I'm not sure. Again, technically the service is solid, but make sure you stay on top of your billing stuff to the letter, and don't take anything for granted.
Not because of their product, but because of their service. We've been with them for several years in a collocation/hosted server setup. The technical stuff has worked great, and the uptime is awesome.
However, I had my credit card stolen on the last day of the month, and discover accidentally marked the hosting payment charge as bad and did a chargeback. My assumption is that the SA guys took this as their chance to get rid of me since they are changing their product model.
They suspended my account without telling me. I couldn't login, but the system didn't tell me my account was suspended. I finally after a week was able to get someone to get back to me to tell me about the issue with the CC (I was unaware, since the charge was on my CC, and I had paid it.) I've now spent the last several weeks trying to give them a new card number, and have also called discover on their behalf.
