selfserveur.com claim to be "10 ans d'hébergement de serveurs dédiés,au service des PRO " nothing could be further from the truth.
Having used them since 2008 I can say that their response to support calls is slow, the respones are very short and generally unhelpful and god forbid you have a simple thing like a disk failure on your dedicated server as it will take 3-4 days for them to replace it (happened twice now) and they will try and fob you off with a replacement VPS (without telling you) or installing a new server on a different ip.
Typically answers to tickets overnight or over the weekend are not responded to until the next working day so you could be waiting 3 days for a reply to a network issue (at which point they will just sat all is ok).
They appear to use remote hands at their data centre and they aren't very good. For instance ask them to check the console because a server restart failed and they just reboot it again without checking the console leading to [read more...]
