This is probably the worst dedicated server company I have ever come across. They are quick to charge your credit card for services but NEVER respond to tickets. I have a ticket that I opened November 19th 2013 and it has yet to be responded to. I opened another ticket because the server I had went down and would not come back up and it has been two weeks without a response. I do not recommend this company at all to any one. Terrible customer service and even worse tech support. I know they are an unmanaged host but for them to not respond when there is a network issue or when you are inquiring about paying your bill is beyond unacceptable
While the negative review here may have its points, I have been running in Sago's Tampa facility for 6 years and running, generally without issue, with decent latency and uptime.
Add to that the support, which alone is worth the low-monthly fees, and you are truly getting far more than what you pay for.
When a problem does occur, you'll get someone on the phone and you know they are on the case, NOW. Free reboots and responsive staff. If a server goes down, they'll console into the box and see what the deal is (giving you vital information you'd never have access to as you can't ssh into a machine that's not booting!)
Would I prefer to be in an NYC data center, sure, but no need to move the shop (3 1U servers, switch + cisco asa) when this company has served our colo needs admirably for 6 years and counting

The company says it wanted to have the hardware and software in its new servers immediately ready for dedicated server customers and resellers that would need to quickly expand due to increased demand in their services. Sago says all servers come pre-installed with operating systems and are expected to meet the needs of small businesses up to large Fortune 500 companies for Web hosting, backup and countless other Internet solutions and services.Sago says it had to coordinate three shifts of certified technicians to test a thousand servers over 24 hours a day for 30 days. been with Sagonet.com for four years now and I love the up time. I haven't been down except for my own maintenance scheduals in the whole time i have been with them.... :)
