😞 Hello Team,
Frustration is highest not solved problem from very long time. I have many websites hosted at bluehost, domainracer and godaddy. I will expecting service. I guess I should switch.

😞 Poorly integrated services, Poor customer service
RH (readyhosting) is a "semi-self serve" type service. You need to know a lot about how web services work and how to get them to work appropriately together, and the nuances of how RH linked the services together on the backside. You will receive little to no help from RH (either through phone support or through logical self describing admin processes).
RH needs to decide if its a service for IT departments trying to outsource on the cheap, or if its a one-stop integrated provider for individuals and businesses that don't have web server specialist staff. It's current approach is somewhere in the middle, and results in the worst of both worlds.
Most admin actually redirects you to separate admin pages per each underlying service, which means that you must understand what changes are needed on each separate tool to achieve the desired integrated effect, and you must understand the nuances of how RH implemented the services.

🔃 Ready Hosting is part of Newfold Digital🔧 Services: Web HostingDomain Registration
Since 1997, Ready Hosting has been providing hosting services with a great set of features and tools.
They specialize in the following web hosting solutions:
- Shared Hosting;
- Reseller Hosting;
They provide shared hosting packages operating on Windows OS. These support script languages, such as CGI, PHP, ASP.NET 2.0/3.0 with AJAX. There is also support for Shockwave and Flash, as well as ColdFusion. You also get industry-standard features, such as MySQL databases (but this does not come in unlimited amount).
Nevertheless, technical specifications include several unlimited resources including:
- Unlimited email aliases;
- Unlimited autoresponders;
- Unlimited disk space;
- Unlimited mailboxes;
💰 Price & Cost
They claim that their prices are affordable, but when compared to other providers, these are slightly higher.
They also promise that customers will benefit from discounts. They are a risk-free company as they provide a 30-day refund policy for their customers.
⌛ Reliability
The company offers 99% uptime guarantee for their services.
🏢 Data Center
Servers are hosted at Burlington, Massachusetts.
✍️ Customer Support
In order to get in touch with tech support, customers can contact technical assistance on phone, e-mail or live chat 24/7. However, there are many complaints registered regarding the way customer support operates here.
🔨 Control Panel
They use their in-house control panel (vDeck) which can be customized.
🎯 Conclusion
With a great experience in the hosting industry, Ready Hosting is a US-based hosting provider specializing in shared hosting plans. Customers will not find VPS or dedicated servers available here. Overall after being acquired by Endurance, the company is just maintaining the old customer base, probably planning to migrate them at some point to more active brands, like BlueHost of HostGator.They offer a 30-day refund policy, but their prices are slightly higher and customer support has registered many complaints from customers.
Overall, Ready Hosting is a good choice due to its well-equipped hosting options designed for small and medium-sized businesses.

Web Hosts Court the Masses in 2005 - While certain Web hosts have always had a fascination with the outrageous advertising endeavor, 2005 saw a collection of Web hosts take the industry's advertising efforts into new territory as they courted the attention of the mass market with some very mainstream advertising sponsorships, many of them targeting sports audiences.
Web hosting's biggest, and certainly most notable, mainstream marketing effort in 2005 was also the first. On February 6, Web host and domain registrar Go Daddy [...]

😠 Despite having only static HTML pages and all new FTP and CP passwords, the site is repeatedly "hacked" with spam links inserted into all the pages. They want to sell us a sitelock firewall "Or you'll just get hacked again!".
Either their entire infrastructure is compromised and they're unaware, or they know and are using it to upsell you stuff you don't need.
Shady as hell. Stay clear.

😞 My initial setup was fast and easy. After that, however, everything stopped.
Apparently, the scripts for the automated set-up on the back-end don't totally work for ANYTHING.
-The backup service I paid extra for didn't run.
-The Premium SPAM filtering I paid extra for didn't do anything and I had it refunded and turned off.
-The Windows pointers to my other sites didn't work and they woudn't look at it until well after the 48 DNS move time.
-The DNS for some of my sites didn't have the correct MX records so mail didn't work and further delayed things.
It is usually with 15 minutes I can chat with the middle-east or India and most of the time they are able to address it. Anything complicated it takes 24 hours.
If it wasn't for the fact I needed ColdFusion hosting cheap I would leave.

😠 Terrible service
I have been using Readyhosting for years. At the beginning it used to be a good service. 2 Years ago I started to move my web sites to other hosting services because of Readyhosting not supporting latest versions of Drupal. Still, some web sites with low traffic I was hosting there.
For the last 6-7 months the off time suddenly grew up to 30-40%. My resources became unavailable right when I need them. And I need them when I teach online classes.
The support is practically non-existent. It takes at least 30-40 minutes to get a human being on the phone. Then it takes another 10-15 minutes to understand that the web site is off. Then they probably restart the server and website becomes available only to go off again within several hours. They totally ignore my request to do something with the problem. They are sabotaging the support request.
Readyhosting is the worst possible hosting service, IMHO.

😠 Readyhosting is not a good domain host to use
Readyhosting is a cut-rate domain hosting service that does a reasonable job of actual domain hosting. It is, however, terrible with customer service and billing.
I recently had my bank account debited for the annual hosting fee. The actual debit was made 15 days before it was actually due. I contacted Readyhosting and requested they refund the hosting fee and re-debit my bank account the day before my renewal date. They said it would take 10 days to process my refund. That is a bunch of baloney. The bank debit was made electronically and Readyhosting knew the funds were already verified and on deposit in their account. They should have refunded my account immediately.
I have cancelled my account with Readyhosting and suggest nobody else use Readyhosting as a domain host.

😠 Cost is average, we originally looked at & tried many hosting co's, & we liked their pretty nice array of features; For years they were pretty good as far as up time goes. We did have a few bad experiences w/down time but were able to get it sorted out. HOWEVER, as of lately, they are destroying our business; We have more than a dozen sites hosted & are working on doubling that # but unfortunately, trouble reports, phone calls, urgent requests only yield the same result; They get the site up again in 30min to 24hrs. *worst case*, but in an hour or 2 after their "fix", the same thing happens again, & again, & again! We're extremely familiar with their layout, functionality, & don't want to switch because we'll be starting from square one, not to mention hours of time setting up all the accounts, switching domain info, loading sites & getting everyone up to speed. I figured that NOBODY could use their service with these constant outages, so they'd fix everything just for their own [read more...]

😞 I have hosted my domain at readyhosting for more than 5 years. In the beginning readyhosting had difficulties with even basic tasks like having a stable email infrastructure. Service had improved, but prices for web hosting has gone up, and I have decided to move on. I gave them plenty of notice and I did get a confirmation that my account would be closed and not renewed. But despite that confirmation, my credit card had been charged. Readyhosting did refund the amount, but I am out of pocket now for differences in exchange rates and foreign transaction fees. I would advise that you make sure that your credit card account

😠 Their customer service went down the tubes when they were bought out months ago. Now, they change their terms of service without notice and start charging cancellation fees. They have gotten their last dime from me! They were a great company a few years ago, but they are not worth the heart ache and money any more! If you too have been surprised by the cancellation fee, please contact me.
