😠 Very Disappointed - started off great then stopped returning emails or responding to work tickets or phone messages. They caused us a lot of grief- Stay away

😠 HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! They started off well, then after 18 months got to the point where they do not respond to issues and just close tickets without responding..
Their entire system was down for over a week and they would not respond to anyone. It finally came back up which allowed all the hosted domains to work again, but I lost over 100 emails from clients and 15 contracts due to this..
I moved off them and will NEVER return as have several other people I know.
Oh, and to make it even better -- I sent them an email to each of their Billing, Sales, and Support emails stating I was off them and to please cancel my service, and they still send me invoices and "Overdue Invoice" emails.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!
