😠 Hi,
I ordered "Dedicated Server Management" plan.
Service is server management, and 30 minutes response time I have waited 1 hour, and no one has looked support ticket, and no one logged in in server.
After 2 chats to claim someone would get into it, still nothing. I requested immediate cancellation and refund, as they simply don't deliver the service as promised before buying.
The boss is a scammer, and want to keep money, and he has not worked a single second, for this. I filed disputes and the guy persist with his policy, even if has not worked a single second ! I threated them with paypal, and cpanel company, as this is an unacceptable behavior...
I don't recommend eitehr any shared hosting services with them, they are amateurs...
