We have since moved to telus with a managed adsl line. A little higher in the pricing but well worth it.
My biggest beef is trying to aquire my domain back from radiant. I am the owner, but they are the registrar. What a pain in the but having to deal with CIRA (registering Authority of Canada). Its been 3 weeks of legal paperwork.
In my opinion, the customer support at Radiant sucks. They say that doo doo flows down hill, well I'm now the one taking all the heat from my piers.
